For the past two years, the Kansas Business Group on Health has collected responses through an annual survey of both members and non-members to gather information about the specifics of their benefit design strategy, benefit offerings, and costs associated with offering medical and pharmacy benefits.

Using information gleaned from the responses, we will discuss areas of opportunity that employers can take advantage of in order to improve the value of their employee health benefits plan.

Participants of this program will:

• Examine the aggregate responses of the 2021 “Employer Healthcare Trends and Costs Benchmarking Survey”.
• Identify potential areas of opportunity for making benefit design changes.
• Develop strategies for making benefit design changes.

This program is free to members and $15 for non-members.
