What’s working in benefits and insurance administration, and what isn’t? What are your peers doing that you might be able to pull from?
This program is an employer-only conversational session for HR and benefits professionals to have an open dialogue about which employee benefit and insurance strategies have been successful, some pitfalls to avoid, and innovative approaches that different employers have implemented or are considering. A facilitator will be present to help steer the conversation and assist attendees in identifying actionable steps. Topics that will be covered during this session are:
- Struggles you’re experiencing related to employee benefits and insurance
- Changes you’ve made to your benefit plan in the past year
- Community resources are you utilizing
- Employee communication strategies
- Benefit “carve-outs”
- Open enrollment
- Mental health
This program is free to all members. The cost for non-members is $20. Please come and share your expertise, as well as learn from others in the group!
